Position Overview
The Payroll Specialist is a key member of the HR Department, serving as a business partner for payroll needs. The primary focus for this role includes processing bi-weekly non-exempt and exempt payroll, monthly expatriate payroll, tax profile setup and maintenance, and general payroll and tax recordkeeping, as well as being the conduit between HR administration and finance operations. The individual in this role should be comfortable handling multiple assignments and can professionally handle the multi-faceted requirements of a fast paced, global, Human Resources Department. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.
